Where do I check live availability?
Use the Vrbo booking calendar. This website does not maintain a separate availability calendar, so Vrbo remains the single live source for bookable dates.
Can I book directly?
Yes. You can contact us by email to ask for a direct offer. A direct price may differ from the Vrbo price because it is agreed separately and does not include the same platform pricing structure. Direct reservations are paid by bank transfer only. If you book through Vrbo, the final price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions shown by Vrbo at checkout apply.
Do I need a car?
We strongly recommend arriving by car. Villa Kate is in a quiet village setting and the nearest shop is about 2 km away. Free, guaranteed parking is available for up to three cars: one space inside the property and two immediately outside.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Current house information lists check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Villa Kate has a private heated outdoor swimming pool.
