The house
120 m² of character inside a private stone-walled courtyard.
The main house combines original stonework and traditional wooden shutters with a practical modern layout. On the ground floor, the living room flows into the dining area and kitchen, creating one sociable space for the whole group.
There are three bedrooms: two upper-floor rooms with double beds and additional child beds, and one ground-floor room with twin beds. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The sleeping areas are served by three bathrooms.
Outside, a separate stone cottage preserves the traditional komin — an open fireplace once used for cooking and gathering after work in the fields. Today it is one of the house's most distinctive places for long dinners and relaxed evenings.

The courtyard is where Villa Kate really lives.
A private heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and shaded dining terrace sit within the stone walls. The courtyard is enclosed and private, with free, guaranteed parking for up to three cars: one space inside the property and two spaces immediately outside.
Lavender, rosemary and olive trees bring the scents and textures of Dalmatia directly into the outdoor space.
